Ingredients

- 1 pound 85 percent lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
- 2 cups chili sauce (you'll need to buy 2 regular size bottles to have enough)
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup hot sauce (use Frank's hot sauce--if you use Tabasco start with just 1 Tb or less and adjust from there)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
