5-Ingredient Blueberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats (old fashioned or quick cook can be used)
  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries (*see note for frozen)
  • 1½ cups milk of choice (I use oat or other dairy-free milk)
  • 1½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1½ tablespoon maple syrup
