Cheesy potatoes and ham

Ingredients
  • 8 med-lg potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups cubed ham
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • ⅔ cup water or stock
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper
  •  
  • 2 cups shredded Colby or cheddar cheese
  •  
Steps
  1. Layer ingredients in order in the instant pot except cheese. Do not stir.
  2. Seal lid and set to manual 10 minutes then quick release
  3. Add shredded cheese and stir

  • Ham and cheese amount you can adjust to your liking
