- 1 ½ cup chopped white onions
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup green peppers
- ¼ cup chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ cup sugar
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
