Wendy’s Copy Cat Chili Instant Pot
For the Instant Pot
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef (Sauté and drain, if desired)
  • 1 quart tomato juice
  • 29 ounce tomato purée or sauce
  • 15 ounce can red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 15 ounce can Pinto beans
  • 1 ½ cup chopped white onions
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup green peppers
  • ¼ cup chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ cup sugar
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
Steps
  1. Add items above
  2. Stir items
  3. Lid on
  4. Knob to sealing
  5. 6 minutes (Pressure Cook)
  6. Quick release
