Lentil Soup
Ingredients
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 fennel bulbs
  • 5 Carrots
  • 1 lb lentils
  • 3 Bay leaves
  • Cinnamon stick
  • 2 quarts veggie or chicken stock
Steps
  1. Sautée onion, fennel, carrot (diced) in butter
  2. Add everything else
  3. Cook for 20 min until lentils are soft
  4. Remove 2 cups, blend, mix back in OR Robocoup slightly
