  • ⅓ cup Quaker old fashioned oats (2pts)
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 egg
  • Drop of vanilla
  • Couple dashes of cinnamon
  • Couple drops of sugar-free maple syrup (you can use any sweetener you’d like, this is just what I grabbed)
  • Blueberries
