Healthy Chocolate Lentil Muffins
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked lentils (I cooked ½ cup red dal and measured out 1 cup)
  • 2 banana
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ⅔ cup oats
  • ⅔ cup white whole wheat flour (or whole wheat flour)
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
