Bagna Cauda (Bunya Caulda)
creamy italian dip for french bread.

Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter
  • 10 cloves garlic, minced very fine
  • 1 tin anchovies (oil drained)
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • sliced french bread
Steps
  1. Melt butter in small sauce pan
  2. Add minced garlic
  3. Sautee on medium-low heat about 5 minutes.
  4. Finely mince anchovies, and stir in.  Simmer 5 minutes
  5. Add cream, simmer 10 to 15 more minutes on very low heat stirring often.
  6. Serve warm, dipping bread in sauce.
