Sesame Brioche
Ingredients
  • 1 cup laban
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Flour to form dough
Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl wit hook attachment, mix all wet ingredients at room temperature with the yeast sugar and salt.
  2. Keep adding flour until dough is stiff and doesn’t stick.
  3. In an greased bowl covered with plastic film, let dough rest in a warm place for 1 hour at least.
  4. Kneed dough, divide into 12 and form into tennis sized balls. Brush with milk and cover tops with sesame seeds.
  5. Let rest in baking sheet for 30 mins at least.
  6. Bake at 200°C for 20 to 25 mins until tops are golden and firm
