Fresh brats or Italian sausages

1 to 1½ cups water

Place 1 cup water (1½ cups for 8 quart) in inner liner of the Instant Pot or Ninja Foodi.

Place the trivet in the pot.

Close lid and turn valve to sealing.

Set for 5 minutes high pressure.

When done, allow a 5-minute natural release, then release any remaining pressure.

Air crisp on the Foodi at 390° for 5 to 10 minutes or until brown. If you use an Instant Pot, brown them on the stove or dump the water and brown on sauté.
