Ingredients
  • Fresh brats or Italian sausages
  • 1 to 1½ cups water
Steps
  1. Place 1 cup water (1½ cups for 8 quart) in inner liner of the Instant Pot or Ninja Foodi.
  2. Place the trivet in the pot.
  3. Close lid and turn valve to sealing.
  4. Set for 5 minutes high pressure.
  5. When done, allow a 5-minute natural release, then release any remaining pressure.
  6. Air crisp on the Foodi at 390° for 5 to 10 minutes or until brown.  If you use an Instant Pot, brown them on the stove or dump the water and brown on sauté.
