  1. Hearty “fat burning “ soup, just 5 minutes high pressure and 5 minutes NR. It’s basically the WW recipe, but I added some extra-lean ground turkey (99% lean, 1% fat) to add flavor and make it more filling. With the cabbage, carrots, peppers, onions and celery, this is one of the best zero point meals out there. You can add seasonings to your preference. So flavorful!
