Shrimp, Crawfish, and Sausage Étouffée
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 3 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. garlic (or 3 garlic cloves, minced)
  • 1 pkg. andouille sausage
  • ½ tsp. Tony Chachere’s seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower rice
  • ½ cup broth
  • ½ cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb. cooked crawfish, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tsp. Xanthum gum
