Ingredients
  • ½ cup bourbon
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar light or dark; do not omit or the glaze will not thicken
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients In a medium saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium high heat.
  2. Continue to simmer rapidly, stirring almost constantly. The mixture will look very active and almost foamy. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until mixture has thickened and reduced by about half, 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
