I am a stay at home domestic princess! LOL I dont cook alot, but when I do, I want it to be special..I am mommy to 2 girls and one son, they are grown now.

1 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons lemon zest

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 ½ to 2 ¾ cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

subheading: For the Icing:

1 ½ tablespoons water

¾ cup to 1 cup powdered sugar
