- ground turkey
- onion
- mexican corn
- peppers
- salsa
- cheddar cheese (mexican cheese)
- taco seasonings
- cilantro
- pizza dough cut into wide rectangles
- melted butter, garlic powder, parlsey
Steps
- Prepare pizza dough. Cut into wide rectangles.
- Brown turkey and onion.
- Add corn, peppers, salsa. Mix in cheese.
- On a foil lined baking sheet add taco mixture to each pizza dough rectangle. Wrap dough around mixture and seal.
- Brush each pizza stick with melted butter mixture.
- Bake in 425 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
