Brussel Sprouts (Roasted) with Apples and Chestnuts
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • subheading: Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (dairy or not, I like to use raw butter since its the most unprocessed)
  • note: If you aren't using butter, use 2 tbsp nut myllk and 1 tbsp avocado oil-it just won't have that same crispy texture
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • subheading: Chopped (do not add until final step):
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Granny Smith Apples
  • ½ cup peeled/roasted chestnuts
  • ½ cup cranberries
