"Better Than Deli" Tuna Salad Sandwich
Ingredients
  • 2 cans tuna in olive oil 4 oz / 110 grams each
  • ½ cup low fat mayonnaise 120 grams
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard 14 grams
  • ⅓ cup chopped red onion 60 grams
  • 1 clove garlic (finely grated)
  • ¼ cup chopped dill pickles 35 grams
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley 8 grams
  • 2 tsp lemon juice 10 ml
  • 1 large tomato (thinly sliced)
  • handful shredded iceberg lettuce
  • sea salt & black pepper
  • 4 slices multi-grain sandwich bread
