Keto Keema Ground Beef Masala

Ingredients
  • 2 TB oil
  • 1 TB minced onion
  • 1 TB minced garlic or granulated garlic
  • ½ TB ground ginger
  • 1 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1 tsp cayenne powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup chicken broth (or water)
  • 2 lbs ground beef
Steps
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat.
  2. Toss in minced garlic , onion and ground ginger for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef, break up as much as possible.
  4. Cook until no longer pink.
  5. Drain some of the liquid off but not all.
  6. Add spices.
  7. Stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. Add stock and cook til low boil.
  9. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer til sauce is mostly reduced.
  10. Serve over cauliflower rice or salad.
