Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  • 3 c cubed French bread
  • 3 c cubed ham
  • 3c grated sharp cheddar.Extra Sharp Cracker Barrell is best
  • 1 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter
  • 3 c milk

Steps
  1. Place french bread, ham and cheese in layers in 9x13 glass pan.
  2. Combine dry mustard and flour.
  3. Add butter then, eggs and milk. Pour over layers.
  4. Let stand in refrigerator, covered overnight.
  5. Bake at 350, uncovered for 1 hour or longer until brown and bubbly on top.
  6. Holds well in oven on low temp.
