Beef with Broccoli + Sunny Side Up
Some nights I like to cook one dish meal for the family, I found this easy but healthy recipe from rainydaygal.com/ and adapted mine from it.  
Ingredients
  • Ingredients (3 to 4 serves)
  • note: 250g flank steak, sliced into thin strips
  • note: ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce (Do NOT use regular. The final product will be way too salty)
  • note: 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • note: 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • note: ½ tbsp flour
  • note: 1 tbsp sherry (I used shaoxing wine instead)
  • note: 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • note: 1 broccoli, crowns only but I like the stem too
  •  
  • Marinate Sauce
  • note: ½ tsp baking soda
  • note: 1 tsp sugar
  • note: ½ tbsp cornstarch
  • note: ½ tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • note: 1 tbsp water
  • note: 1 tbsp vegetable oil
