Meatloaf (slow cooker)

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ⅔ cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  •  
  • SAUCE
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  •  
  • bread (side)
  • green beans (side)
  • mashed potatoes (side)
Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
  2. Separately, in a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Shape large bowl contents a round loaf; place in crock pot.
  4. Cook in LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
  5. Spoon sauce from small bowl over meatloaf and cook 15 additional minutes.
