Gluten Free Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon psyllium husk (if no Xanthan gum in mix)
  • 1 tablespoon (12 g) baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp (15 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon (3 g) fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon (3 g) baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed and cold
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup buttermilk, cold (1 Tbsp vinegar)

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced
