Made 10-24-23. Used 2.5 lb. Beef chuck roast. Followed recipe exactly. This made the most delectable juice and the tenderest, juicy roast ever!!! 5 stars!!!
Ingredients
  • 1 3 to 4 lb Chuck Roast
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 6 to 7 small Russet Potatoes Quartered
  • 3 to 4 Carrots Chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Medium onion roughly chopped into large pieces
  • 1 ⅓ Cup Beef Broth
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 teaspoon fresh garlic
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch optional for gravy
