Skillet Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
  • Rice
  • 1 lb Chicken
  • 1 Tbl oil
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ½ can Chicken Broth
  • 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup (optional!)
  • 1 container Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cups Broccoli - steamed (optional)
Steps
  1. Make rice first
  2. Cut chicken into chunks and season with salt/pepper
  3. Add oil to skillet and cook chicken
  4. Add cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth (and cream of chicken if desired)
  5. Mix it all up in skillet and turn off heat
  6. Add a container of Greek yogurt and stir well
  7. optional - add in steam broccoli
  8. Add rice or keep separate.
