Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 ½ tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp dehydrated soy sauce powder
  • I have tried using soy sauce in my seitan in place of using this powder and I think the flavor is more vibrant with the powder, plus if washing flour this saves you an additional wet ingredient.
  • 1 tbsp shiitake mushroom powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp dry thyme leaves
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried crushed rosemary
  • ½ tsp sage
  • ½ tsp dried ground mustard
  • ½ tsp cumin
