Keto blackberry cobbler
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Blackberries
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice ( It is tangy so next time I will leave out)
  • ⅓ cup Monkfruit Sugar (or ¼ cup if you want it less sweet)
  • 2 tbsp Unflavored gelatin powder or ¼ tsp Xantham Gum (I didn't use it, but it was too thin so I will add it next time)
  • subheading: COBBLER TOPPING:
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Monkfruit Sugar (or 3 tbsp if you want it less sweet)
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt (I use pink sea salt)
  • ¼ cup melted butter (you could substitute coconut oil if desired)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
