MEATBALL & MOZZARELLA ORZO BAKE
Ingredients
  • 20g butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, sliced thinly
  • ½ tin tomatoes
  • Handful of fresh basil (10 to 15g)
  • Salt
  • 85g orzo
  • 150ml water
  • 1 portion of pork, beef or vegetarian meatballs (3 to 5 meatballs)
  • 50g mozzarella (drained and dried slightly if using fresh)
