  • 16 tbsp vegan butter (2 sticks, softened, at room temperature)
  • ½ cup mango puree
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2½ cups powdered sugar (use more or less per your preference)
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom (optional)
