  • ½ tsp pepper or to taste
  • ⅔ cup carrots and frozen peas
  • ¼ to ½ tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 ½ lb chicken breast, cooked (or rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
