KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN COLESLAW
Ingredients
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.333 cup sugar
  • 0.25 cup buttermilk
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1.5 tbsp white vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.125 tsp pepper
  • 8 cup finely chopped cabbage (approx. 1 head)
  • 0.25 cup shredded carrot (1 medium carrot)
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
Steps
  1. * Be sure cabbage and carrots are chopped into very fine pieces (a little bigger than rice)
  2. * Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper in large bowl. Beat until smooth
  3. * Add cabbage, carrots, and onions. Mix well.
  4. * Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, if you let it sit over night it's even better
