  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 4 cups cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 medium carrots (julienned-about 1 ½ cups)
  • 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine (or dry sherry cooking wine)
  • 2 cups mung bean sprouts
  • 2 scallions (julienned)
