Servings: Makes about 2 TBSP of mix = one package of store-bought taco mix

2 tsp instant minced onion 2 tsp instant minced onion
1 tsp salt 1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp corn starch or arrow root powder ½ tsp corn starch or arrow root powder
½ tsp crushed dried red pepper ½ tsp crushed dried red pepper
½ tsp instant minced garlic ½ tsp instant minced garlic
¼ tsp dried oregano ¼ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp ground cumin ½ tsp ground cumin

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix.
Spoon mixture into a 6 inch square of aluminum foil.  Fold to make air tight. Label it.
Store in a cool dry place.  Use within 6 months.
