Simple Standing Rib Roast
Ingredients

  • ½ Cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest plus ½ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoons parsley
