Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic finely sliced
  • 2 stalks rosemary leaves picked and chopped
  • 1 pound potato gnocchi fresh, frozen or shelf stable
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
  • ½ tsp flaky salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 3 Tbsp heavy cream or creme fraiche, or sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp basil pesto storebought or home made
  • 2 oz Parmesan cheese grated, for serving
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional, for serving
