  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 slices fishcake
  • 10 slices chicken meat
  • 8 fresh prawns, peeled
  • 2 stalks greens, or any green vegetables

  • 480 ml chicken stock
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground white pepper
  • subheading: Cornstarch Mixture:
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 60 ml water
