Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, peeled chopped
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
  • ¼ C peanut butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 to 4 C water or stock
  • Optional: 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp Berbere spice
