  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
  • ½ cup Coconut Flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Allulose *Optional and use any sweetener you like
  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum (optional, provides structure for sturdy bread)
