Big Mac Wrap
Ingredients
  • - 1 lb ground beef
  • - ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • - 1 egg
  • - ¼ cup milk
  • - 2 tablespoons dehydrated minced onion
  • - 1 teaspoon salt
  • - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • - 8 large tortillas or wraps
  • - Lettuce leaves
  • - Sliced dill pickles
  • - Shredded cheddar cheese
  • - Thousand Island dressing or Big Mac sauce
  • subheading: For the Big Mac Sauce:
  • - ½ cup mayonnaise
  • - 2 tablespoons sweet relish
  • - 2 tablespoons finely diced dill pickles
  • - 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • - 2 teaspoons sugar
  • - 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • - ¼ teaspoon paprika
Steps
  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, dehydrated onion, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the beef mixture into 8 equal patties.
  3. Cook the patties in a skillet or on a griddle over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about
  4. 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  5. To make the Big Mac sauce, whisk together all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
  6. Warm the tortillas or wraps according to package instructions.
  7. Lay a tortilla on a flat surface and place a cooked beef patty in the center.
  8. Top the patty with lettuce leaves, sliced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, and a generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce.
  9. Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then tightly roll up the sides to form a wrap.
  10. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
  11. Serve the Big Mac Wraps warm, with extra Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping
