  • 2 tbsp cane sugar

  • Optional: 1 to 2 drops food coloring
  • subheading: Mango Flavor:
  • ⅓ cup (70ml) mango puree (about 1 to 2 ripe mangoes)
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • ¾ cup 2 tbsp (110g) tapioca starch, divided extra for kneading & dusting
  • Optional: 1 to 2 drops food coloring

  • ⅓ cup (70ml) peach puree (about 2 to 3 ripe peaches)
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • ¾ cup 2 tbsp (110g) tapioca starch, divided extra for kneading & dusting
  • Optional: 1 to 2 drops food coloring

  • ¼ cup maple syrup, agave nectar, simple syrup, or brown sugar syrup
