  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted (2oz)
  • ⅓ cup Allulose sweetener
  • ¼ cup Lakanto brown monkfruit sweetener or Brown Swerve sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups almond flour (192 grams)
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ to 1 cup Lily’s semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons coconut flour (OPTIONAL) - only if you want them fluffier
  • 1 tsp gelatin
