Ingredients
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 4 Tbsp. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  •  
  • Optional: toppings (photo shows sesame seeds, poppy seeds, minced garlic, minced onion)
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. In a bowl mix the almond flour, xantham gum, and eggs until combined
  3. Place mozzarella and cream cheese in a medium pot and cook on low heated until melted
  4. Once the cheese is melted, combine with the other mixture. Knead until thoroughly combined
  5. Roll the dough into log shapes and rest them into your donut pan (pan optional), then sprinkle your toppings
  6. Bake for 18 minutes
