  • 1-⅓ cups lower-salt chicken broth,
  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped roasted almonds
  • ¼ cup sliced scallions
  • 2 Tbs. finely chopped fresh mint
