Dave's "So Possible" Burger (Makes 8 Large Burgers)

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups COOKED Short Grain Brown Rice (More starch & stickier...is what makes this work)!
  • 2 Cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats.
  • 1 Can Black Beans (Thoroughly rinsed).
  • subheading: ½ Cup finely diced each:
  • Celery, Onions, Cremini Mushrooms, Walnuts & Jalapeno (can be pulsed in a processor).
  • ½ Cup Catsup, BBQ Sauce or Tomato Sauce.
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder.
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder.
  • 1 Tsp NO SALT Herb Blend.
  • ½ Tsp Ground Black Pepper.
