Salted Caramel Sauce

Servings: (14) ¼ pint jars

Servings: (14) 1/4 pint jars
Ingredients
  • 6 Cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 ¼ Teaspoons Sea Salt
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients in pitcher, stir well and pour into ¼ pint jars. Secure with lids/bands. Set in the bottom of roaster or crockpot. Cover with lukewarm to warm water. Turn on LOW and cook for 8 to 9 ½ hours depending on cooker. I cooked for 9 ½ hrs. Remove from crockpot/roaster when done and color is a light caramel color. Cool. Make sure all jars seal or eat right away.
