Pancakes
Ingredients
  • DRY INGREDIENTS
  • 3 CUPS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
  • ¼ CUP SUGAR
  • 1 ½ TSP SALT
  • 1 TBSP BAKING POWDER
  • 1 ½ TSP BAKING SODA
  •  
  • WET INGREDIENTS
  • 2 ¼ CUPS MILK
  • ¼ CUP VEGETABLE OIL
  • 1 TBSP VANILLA EXTRACT
  • ¼ CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
  • 3 EGGS
Steps
  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Mix wet ingredients.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together and fold it around the edges maybe 20 times. Use a wide spoon to spoon them into pan with whipped salted butter.
  4. Flip when bubbles pop. Don't mash them down. They are done when you can mash the middle of the pancake and they spring back.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
