  • 3 cups cooked tri-colored quinoa or quinoa of choice

  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 3 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt optional
  • 1 clove garlic minced
