Pressure Cooker Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients
  • subheading: SCALE 1X 2X 3X:
  • 2 to 3-4-pound rack baby back pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2-cup water + 2-tablespoon liquid smoke
  • for serving: Your favorite BBQ sauce of choice, potato salad, coleslaw, cornbread, etc.

  • ¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • optional: ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • OR 1 package grill mates Smokey Ranchero Marinade or Galic herb and Wine Marinade
