Ingredients

- Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon.
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon.
- Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon
- Greek Yogurt - ¾ cup of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt.
- Egg - 1 large eg
- Almond Milk - ½ cup of organic unsweetened almond milk.
- Blueberries - ¾ cup fresh blueberries. Frozen work too, but I prefer fresh.

- Flour - ¼ cup organic all-purpose flour.
- Monk Fruit - ¼ cup brown monk fruit, or brown sugar substitute of choice.
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon.
- Butter - 2 tablespoons of grass-fed salted butter. I like the brand Kerrygold.
