Blueberry Streusel Greek Yogurt Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
  • subheading: For the Pancakes:
  • Flour - ¾ cup of either all-purpose or oat flour.

  • Baking Powder- 1 teaspoon.
  • Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon.
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon.
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Greek Yogurt - ¾ cup of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt.
  • Egg - 1 large eg
  • Almond Milk - ½ cup of organic unsweetened almond milk.
  • Blueberries - ¾ cup fresh blueberries. Frozen work too, but I prefer fresh.

  • Flour - ¼ cup organic all-purpose flour.
  • Monk Fruit - ¼ cup brown monk fruit, or brown sugar substitute of choice.
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon.
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons of grass-fed salted butter. I like the brand Kerrygold.
