Ingredients
  • ½ cup fresh broccoli chopped
  • ½ cup fresh cauliflower chopped
  • 4 oz Provolone Cheese or 2 oz Parmesan diced
  • 4 oz Salami or Pepperoni diced
  • 2 Tbsp diced red onion, scallions and red peppers
  • 12 Black or Green Olives Sliced
  • Italian Dressing or Oil and Vinegar to taste
  • Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Onion Powder & Crushed Red Pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Chop vegetables, cheese and pepperoni and place in a bowl
  2. Add seasonings and dressings
  3. enjoy

  • Add Roasted Red Peppers or Artichoke Hearts for Extra Flavor
