Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh broccoli chopped
- ½ cup fresh cauliflower chopped
- 4 oz Provolone Cheese or 2 oz Parmesan diced
- 4 oz Salami or Pepperoni diced
- 2 Tbsp diced red onion, scallions and red peppers
- 12 Black or Green Olives Sliced
- Italian Dressing or Oil and Vinegar to taste
- Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Onion Powder & Crushed Red Pepper to taste
Steps
- Chop vegetables, cheese and pepperoni and place in a bowl
