  • ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter

  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons plant based milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 to 3 cups of oil for frying, I use grapeseed or peanut oil,  but you could use whatever oil you normally fry with
  • subheading: The Glaze:
  • 1 ½  cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a few splashes of  plant based milk
  • Vegan coconut bacon
